Cinnamon apples from the oven

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g cookies (double chocolate cookies)
  • 1 pack of vanilla sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, sweet and sour

Cut the apples into slightly larger pieces so that they fit easily on a dessert spoon. Mix well with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and let stand for about 5 minutes. Place everything in a baking dish and scatter the 100g of raspberries on top. Then bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at about 175°C. In the meantime, mix the vanilla sauce according to the package instructions. When the apples come out of the oven, arrange the fruit in bowls and drizzle with the sauce. Chop the cookies into small pieces and sprinkle over the dessert. The light sweet and sour flavor and the slight hint of cinnamon make this recipe something very special.
