Wash the plums, halve, pit, and slice them. Simmer with 150 ml water, port wine, and a tablespoon of sugar for about five minutes until a compote forms. Mix the custard powder with a little water until smooth, then thicken the plum compote with it and keep warm. Bring a large amount of water with a tablespoon of sugar to a boil. Cook the pasta in it for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let it drain well. Heat the butter, toss the pasta in it, and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the cinnamon noodles on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve warm with the plum compote.
