Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 biscuits (cinnamon stars), older
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 orange(s), squeezed
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Crumble 8 cinnamon stars in a food processor or in a freezer bag using a meat tenderizer, then place them in a suitable bowl. Mix the quark, mascarpone, orange juice, and sugar until creamy. Spoon the quark mixture onto the crumbs and garnish with the remaining four cinnamon stars. You can also divide the mixture between four dessert glasses. It tastes best after letting it sit for about 12 hours.
