Coconut-Yogurt Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly in another bowl. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan and bake at 160°C for about 40 minutes.
