not too loose – not too juicy

Cream the butter until fluffy, then gradually add 275g of sugar (less if needed) and the vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt, and a dash of rum or orange juice for children. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with about 1/8 of the milk. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan. Stir 30g of cocoa powder, 25g of sugar, and 2-3 tablespoons of milk into the remaining third. Spread the dark batter over the light batter. To mix, use a fork to create a spiral through the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50-60 minutes.
