Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 2 eggs
- 30 peanuts, unsalted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
First, combine all the dry ingredients—flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and ground almonds—in a large bowl and mix. Then, warm the butter and add it, along with the milk and eggs. Mix everything well and finally stir in the peanuts. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes, then let cool.
