Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp orange juice
  • 1 drop Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without alcohol

Combine ketchup, tomato paste, mayonnaise, yogurt, and orange juice in a bowl. Finely grate (or press) the garlic clove, add a little salt and pepper, and mix. Then add the drop of Worcestershire sauce and stir well. Let it sit. Adjust seasoning as desired.
