Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 jars of pitted morello cherries
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g chocolate shavings
  • possibly cherry(s), fresh for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

juicy and refreshing

Whip the cream until stiff and mix well with the yogurt, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Drain the cherries and place half of them in a glass bowl. Cover the cherries with cream. Distribute the rest of the cherries over the cream. Finally, pour in the remaining cream and decorate with chocolate shavings. Garnish with fresh cherries just before serving!
