Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine mayonnaise with ketchup and horseradish. Add cream, cognac, and orange juice and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Then drizzle the salad with the cocktail sauce.
