Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 180 g butter
- ½ pkt. vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 30 g cornstarch
- some cocoa powder
- 3 m.-sized eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat eggs and butter until fluffy, stir in sugar and vanilla sugar, and mix until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, and cornstarch; this should also produce a smooth mixture. Finally, add cocoa powder to taste. I usually use enough to give the mixture a medium brown hue. Now pour into muffin cups and bake at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes.
