Coconut cream with white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g white chocolate with desiccated coconut and crisp
  • 50 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 75 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a delicious spread!

Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat and stir in the cream. Let it cool and then briefly whip with a mixer. The cream not only tastes great as a spread, but is also perfect for filling cookies.
