Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g crème legere or crème fraîche
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 handful of desiccated coconut
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- possibly liqueur (coconut liqueur)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the creme legere, low-fat quark, and vanilla sugar, then stir in the desiccated coconut (amount to taste). Peel, stone, and dice the mango. Fold the mango cubes into the creme legere. For a finishing touch, add a dash of coconut liqueur.
