Coconut porridge with fresh berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 180 ml milk
  • 1 small banana(s), very ripe
  • 3 tbsp berries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips or sunflower seeds
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Simmer the oatmeal with coconut milk and milk for about 8-10 minutes, until the mixture is nice and creamy. Wash the berries and mash the banana. Stir the banana and 1 tablespoon of berries into the slightly cooled mixture and sweeten to taste. If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes. Serve with the remaining berries and coconut chips.
