Cod liver spread with shallot, garlic, herbs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of cod liver, preferably no Baltic cod
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 ½ tbsp herbs, e.g. parsley or dill, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, quick, spicy

Remove the cod liver from the can with a fork. Blend it with all the ingredients in a blender. Serve with toasted bread.
