Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 ml coffee, very strong and hot
- 150 ml milk
- 35 g almond(s), grated
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 can peach(s)
- 80 g rice pudding
- 100 g almond(s), sliced for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the milk with the cream, coffee, almonds, cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook until soft, stirring frequently. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until golden brown. Slice the drained peaches. Alternate the peaches and rice in glasses and chill. Sprinkle the dessert with the flaked almonds before serving. This dessert is also perfect for picnics—simply serve in sealable jars or small bowls.
