Coffee – Sister

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml coffee, boiled (espresso), strong
  • 125 ml cream (10%), fresh
  • 2 tbsp sugar, heaped
  • 2 cl brandy, alternatively cognac
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Magdeburg coffee tea

Boil the espresso and cream separately. Add the sugar to the espresso and the vanilla sugar to the cream. Mix the two together and froth briefly. Pour the brandy into a warmed large cup and then pour the “coffee tea” over it.
