Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl brandy, e.g. Asbach
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml coffee, boiled
  • e.g. Cream for spraying
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, pour the brandy into a saucepan and heat it gently. Then, pour the sugar into a mug, pour the brandy over it, and light it. Let it simmer until the flames go out. Now pour in the coffee and top with the whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Tip: The original recipe calls for whipping 50g of cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and using it for topping.
