Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • some cinnamon powder
  • n. B. cornstarch, optional
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, heat the cane sugar and cocoa powder with a little milk, then stir in the Nutella and cinnamon. Add the remaining milk and continue heating. If you want to make a pudding, mix the required amount of cornstarch (1-2 tablespoons for creamy, 3-4 tablespoons for pudding) with a little cold milk, bring the remaining milk to a boil with the other ingredients, then stir in the mixed cornstarch and bring to a boil. Great for the cold season, but also as a pudding in the summer.
