Coffee with eggnog

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 2 pinches of vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 250 ml coffee, hot
  • some milk or cream frothed
  • some cocoa powder, unsat.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk, vanilla sugar, and egg liqueur. Do not boil! Pour into two cups and top with hot coffee. Froth the milk or cream with a mixer and place a lid on top. Dust lightly with cocoa powder.
