  • Condensed milk can also increase the number of calories in coffee: Condensed milk with 4 percent has around 111 kcal per 100 milliliters. The counterpart with 7 percent around 133 kcal.
  • And what about the plant-based alternatives? Soy milk has around 55 kcal per 100 milliliters, oat milk has 42 kcal and almond milk around 13 kcal. Coconut milk leads the ranking with 227 kcal per 100 milliliters.
  • Sugar also increases the calorie count. A teaspoon of sugar brings about another 20 kcal.
