Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g grapes
- 3 nectarines
- 3 apples
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2 : 1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the grapes and remove the seeds. Peel the nectarines and dice them. Peel the apples and also dice or grate them. The fruit should make a total of 1000g! Combine everything in a large saucepan and bring to a boil with the 2:1 preserving sugar. Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring, then pour the jam into twist-top jars. Once sealed, turn the jars upside down until the jam has cooled.
