Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, with 0.1% fat
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also suitable as a dip

Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Break it up with a fork, add the yogurt and sour cream, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. It tastes great on brown or whole-grain bread.
