Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g cheese, e.g. Gouda
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 gherkin(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 apple, small, sour
- 100 g yogurt
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp horseradish, grated
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely slice the cheese, ham, bell pepper, gherkin, and cucumber, and dice the apple. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, horseradish, dill, spices, and a little water. Mix with the remaining ingredients and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
