Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ small head of red cabbage
- 0.33 small head of white cabbage
- 1 large carrot(s)
- ½ pomegranate
- 1 handful of walnuts
- ½ large lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp walnut oil

Finely chop the red and white cabbage. Grate the carrot. Briefly knead the ingredients by hand in a bowl. Caramelize the walnuts with a little sugar in a non-stick pan without oil and add to the pan. Remove the pomegranate seeds and carefully fold them in. Season generously with oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. It tastes delicious the next day, too.
