Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water, boiled
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 4 tsp oat flakes
  • 1 large pear(s)
  • 1 large apple

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Baby porridge from 6 months with fruit and oat flakes

Baby food from 6 months. On the stovetop: Wash and slice the apple and pear. Bring the water and milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add the chopped fruit, then stir in the oats. Bring to a boil, then blend everything thoroughly with an immersion blender. In the Thermomix: Wash the fruit and then chop for 10 seconds at speed 9. Add the milk, water, and oats and cook for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Then stir for 15 seconds at speed 4.
