Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 120 g sugar
  • 230 g flour (spelt or wheat)
  • 1 egg(s) (size M or L)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • e.g. sugar sprinkles, Smarties, chocolate sprinkles, etc.

Mix the softened butter with the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and egg using a dough hook until you have a smooth dough. Shape the dough into balls 2-3 cm in diameter (you can also make smaller ones) and place the balls at intervals on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then flatten them. The larger the ball of dough, the larger the finished cookie. Pay attention to the spacing, as the cookies will spread a little during baking, so don’t press them too flat. Decorate the cookies as desired. For example, sprinkles made of sugar, chocolate sprinkles, Smarties, raisins are suitable. Since the cookies will still spread a little, you can decorate them lavishly. Press everything down lightly and bake the cookies at 180°C fan-assisted oven for around 10 minutes.
