Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g kohlrabi
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 150 g gherkins
- 200 g poultry sausage
- 250 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 1 shot of water
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter

Low-carb
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then simmer the kohlrabi for 15-20 minutes, then strain. Cut the bell pepper, gherkin, chicken sausage, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place everything in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the herb cream cheese, water, oregano, paprika, and balsamic vinegar in a shaker and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
