Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 spring onions
- 1 can of corn
- ½ bunch parsley
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 ml tomato juice
- 1 pack of dumplings (mini dumplings)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Drain the corn well in a colander. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop. Fry the minced meat in a pan with hot oil until crumbly. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice and corn and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season the minced meat pan with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the mini dumplings in boiling water over medium heat for 7 minutes until tender. Then add to the minced meat pan and serve sprinkled with parsley.
