Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 small gherkins
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad mix
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some cucumber juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • chives
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 70 g salami or hunting sausage

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Colorful pasta salad

Cook the spirelli, drain, and rinse under cold water. Then let cool. Then wash and trim the vegetables one by one and cut into small cubes. Also dice the salami. Combine the ready-made salad mix with the oil and herbs and pour over the vegetables and the cooled spirelli. Mix everything thoroughly and season well. Add the cucumber juice. Garnish with chives.
