Curry and Tuna Pasta Salad

The perfect curry and tuna pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the dressing:

  • 500 ml Miracel Whip Balance or another light salad cream
  • 2 tbsp Curry
  • 1 packet Salad dressing, e.g. Paprika Herbs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Pickle water from the pickles

for the salad:

  • 500 g Pasta, e.g. Farfalle, Penne or spiral noodles
  • 3 Pc. Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 glass Pickles
  • 2 Pc. Onions or a small glass of pickled onions
  • 1 Can Tuna or two if you like
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dressing. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
  1. Chop the onions, pickles, tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  1. Let the lettuce steep for a few hours before eating. Ideally, prepare the day before. If you don’t like tuna, you can also use poultry sausage or wiener instead.
