Ingredients
 

for the dressing:

  • 500 ml Miracel Whip Balance or another light salad cream
  • 2 tbsp Curry
  • 1 packet Salad dressing, e.g. Paprika Herbs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Pickle water from the pickles

for the salad:

  • 500 g Pasta, e.g. Farfalle, Penne or spiral noodles
  • 3 Pc. Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 glass Pickles
  • 2 Pc. Onions or a small glass of pickled onions
  • 1 Can Tuna or two if you like
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the dressing. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Chop the onions, pickles, tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Let the lettuce steep for a few hours before eating. Ideally, prepare the day before. If you don't like tuna, you can also use poultry sausage or wiener instead.
