Colorful, Refreshing Salad

The perfect colorful, refreshing salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Preparation of fruits and vegetables

  • 1 half fresh Cucumber salad (from the garden)
  • 1 quarter Lettuce fresh
  • 1 fresh Apricots fresh
  • 3 black Olives with a stone
  • 1 half Paprika color of your choice
  • 1 Half Crumbled feta

The dressing

  • 1 good meal. Sweet mustard
  • 1 Eßl. Fine vinegar to taste
  • 1 Eßl. Water
  • 1 Eßl. Flaxseed oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper a.d. Mill
  • Fresh herbs

To

  • 1 Piece Baguette

vegetables and fruit

  1. Wash the lettuce and pick it up in a large bowl. I peel the peppers with a Spar peeler, and dice them, as do the cucumber (if it comes from my own garden, like mine, I leave the peel on) but you can hold it as you want.
  2. I core the olives (consciously take the ones with seeds because they naturally ripen black) I crumble the feta with my hand (which of course I washed before) and sprinkle it over the salad, I core the apricots and distribute them as well. You can also add some herbs as you like.

The dressing

  1. If you have a shaker, you can use a small bottle with a screw cap. Pour everything in and shake vigorously. Pour over the salad and mix loosely. Arrange, if you like, add some dark balsamic vinegar over the salad, a few slices of baguette with it, maybe a glass of red or white and a summer evening ends.
