Colorful rice salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice, cooked
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 4 sausages (Vienna sausages)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and Vienna sausages and add them to the rice. Make a salad dressing with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper and pour it over the rice. Stir well.
