Colorful Summer Salad Marie
The perfect colorful summer salad marie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dressing:
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 Red onion
- 1/2 red, yellow and orange bell pepper each
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 small glass Black olives, without stone
- 1 pack Mozzarella
- 2 Discs Pork loin, cut into fine strips
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp, deleted Sugar
- Some ground pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Mixed, chopped herbs
- Wash the lettuce and pluck into large pieces. Peel and halve the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine rings.
- Heat 1 teaspoons of clarified butter in a pan and fry the sliced pork loin in it, salt and remove, set aside.
- For the dressing, whisk together balsamic vinegar with olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper and chopped herbs.
- Put all the salad ingredients, except for the mozzarella and olives, in a sieve or bowl and mix well, distribute on plates. Spread the olives and mozzarella on the salad plates and arrange the strips of meat on top. Drizzle the salad plates with dressing and serve.
