Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 1 orange(s)
- some salt
- some pepper
- some cumin
- 1 tbsp linseed oil
- 50 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice 1.5 bell peppers. Slice the spring onions into rings. Dice the tomatoes. Peel the orange and chop one half. Place everything in a bowl and mix. For the sauce, chop half the bell pepper, chop the other half of the orange, and add it. Blend both thoroughly. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and cumin. Add the linseed oil and buttermilk. Mix everything together and pour the sauce over the salad.
