Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g almonds
  • 100 g chocolate, in pieces
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g sour cherries, drained

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Attach the whisk attachment, add the cream to the mixing bowl, whip on speed 3 until stiff peaks form, and transfer to a bowl. Remove the whisk attachment. Add the almonds and chocolate to the mixing bowl and chop for 7 seconds/speed 8. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and quark and mix for 5 seconds/speed 3. Add the whipped cream and sour cherries and mix with the spatula for 10 seconds/reverse/speed 2.5. Ladle into bowls and serve.
