Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cheese (Harzer)
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml cream
- 125 g quark
- 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Gently heat the butter and cream in a saucepan. Add the finely diced Harzer cheese and melt. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir in the quark. Finally, add the baking soda. Be careful, it will foam! Immediately pour the mixture into prepared jars and refrigerate overnight. I made two small jars.
