Cooked ham, dressed with red onions and pink berries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) cooked ham, wafer-thin slices
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • low sugar, brown
  • some salt
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tbsp berries (pink berries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Quickly prepared

Arrange the cooked ham in a dish, flaky. Slice the onion into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings. Sprinkle with brown sugar and let the onions caramelize slightly. Deglaze with white balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the cooked ham. Lightly smash the pink berries and place them on top of the cooked ham. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Enjoy with a slice of buttered bread.
