Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 150 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 15 g yeast
- 250 g butter or margarine
- ½ cup(s) milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Gently warm the margarine and milk. Mix the eggs, milk, and yeast until the yeast has dissolved. Add the quark, margarine, and flour. Knead into a dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Cut out circles, scalloped shapes, or squares. Fold the dough twice. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 250°C for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
