Cookies: Oriental Sesame Biscuits

The perfect cookies: oriental sesame biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Tahini made from peeled sesame seeds
  • 125 g Crushed nut’s
  • 25 g Oatmeal
  • 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 8 g Vanilla sugar
  • 75 g Maple syrup
  • Orange juice and zest of half an orange
  • 2 tsp Orange blossom water to taste
  • 3 tbsp Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  1. Work the ingredients into a moist dough. Place a tablespoon of dough next to each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten it slightly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 12-14 minutes.
