  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 200 g Cream
  • 2 small bars Leek
  • 2 Discs Cooked ham
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Cook the spaghetti aldente, sweat the onions and garlic in a little butter or oil, add the leeks and steam them, then add the cream, season and finally fold in the chopped ham. Now mix the spaghetti with the sauce, if you like, you can add a little starch to the sauce beforehand tie off.
