American fast food sausage on a stick in a corn flour coating

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a whisk until a smooth batter forms, but it shouldn’t be too thin. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180 degrees Celsius. Insert a wooden skewer (such as a kebab skewer) into each sausage and roll it in the batter. Fry the corn dogs for three to five minutes until golden brown.
