Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n corn
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Place the corn in a bowl. Dice the gherkins and cheese. Slice the bell peppers and onions into strips and rings. Mix everything together. In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, spices, sugar, and mustard and pour over the salad. Let it marinate well.
