Corn Salad with Walnuts and Crouton

The perfect corn salad with walnuts and crouton recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Walnuts
  • 1 disc Toast
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Some salad herbs

dressing

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Dice white bread, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salad herbs. Let it turn golden brown in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, turning frequently.
  3. Clean and wash the rock salad, coarsely chop the walnuts.
  4. Mix the dressing ingredients into a sauce.
  5. Spread the lettuce on a plate, pour the dressing over it and distribute the walnuts and croutons.
