Corn Salad with Walnuts and Crouton
The perfect corn salad with walnuts and crouton recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 6 Walnuts
- 1 disc Toast
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Some salad herbs
dressing
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Dice white bread, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salad herbs. Let it turn golden brown in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, turning frequently.
- Clean and wash the rock salad, coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Mix the dressing ingredients into a sauce.
- Spread the lettuce on a plate, pour the dressing over it and distribute the walnuts and croutons.
