Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mixed minced meat or minced meat
- 2 onions, diced
- 100 g tomato paste
- 200 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 250 g spaetzle
- Maggi
- Ketchup to taste
- oil
- Grated cheese, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the minced meat and onions in oil, add tomato paste and sour cream. Season with pepper, salt, Maggi, and ketchup. Top up with vegetable stock and add the spaetzle. Simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened. Add grated cheese, if desired.
