Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 70 g iceberg lettuce
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp corn
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- Cucumber(s), 1/3 of which
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the cucumber. Halve the tomatoes. Dice the bell peppers. Dice the cooked ham. Wipe the iceberg lettuce and finely chop it. Mix everything with the cottage cheese and season with spices. We’re serving this as a main course, but if you don’t, it’s definitely enough for four people.
