Curry sauce with paprika notes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 small jar of tomato peppers, cut into pieces
  • 4 tbsp ketchup (curry)
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with currywurst or on a breaded schnitzel

Drain the tomatoes and peppers. Place the tomatoes in a pot, add the pepper pieces, and bring to a boil. Add the curry ketchup, chili sauce, honey, and sugar. Simmer briefly and season with spices. We like to eat this with currywurst.
