Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp sage, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 100 g onion(s), diced
  • 100 g brown rock sugar
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything in a saucepan and boil until the sugar has dissolved. Strain into a screw-top jar. Give toddlers 1-2 teaspoons three times a day. The juice will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
