Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour (wholemeal)
- 100 g oat flakes
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- 100 g butter
- 50 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Oatmeal cookies with whole wheat flour and coconut
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat) (150°C fan-assisted). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead thoroughly. Form small balls, flatten slightly in the palms of your hands, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are browned. Super quick and delicious. Makes about 40 balls.
