Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 yellow chili peppers
- 1 garlic bulb(s), Chinese
- 2 tbsp, heaped capers
- 1 tbsp, heaped Dijon mustard
- 50 ml lime juice
- 25 ml fish sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with capers
Slice the cucumbers and chilies. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Combine all the dressing ingredients. Pour over the cucumbers and mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
