Couscous salad with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g couscous, instant
  • 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • e.g. chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of your choice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

light and delicious

Let the couscous swell in the hot broth (according to the package instructions). Finely dice the cucumber. Quarter the tomatoes and thinly slice the celery. Mix the couscous, chopped vegetables, and drained corn together, then add the tuna and (!) the oil. Season well and let it simmer for 1-2 hours.
